Wow! You all looked amazing today. Well done to everyone who wore spots, baked cakes and ate the cakes. You have all worked hard to raise money for Children in Need. We also celebrated our Golden Assembly. Well done to Benedict, our Handwriting Star and to George and J.P. our Stars of the Week.

Thank you to all the parents who came into Parents’ Evening this week. It was great to meet so many of you. Please remember the door is always open so please feel free to pop in.

English- using the skills we have practiced this week, write me a letter telling me all about the exciting things you have been doing this weekend, (make it up if you want to!!!) Remember to write the address, date and correct ending in the appropriate place.

Maths – Design a subtraction poster. You can show different ways to take away: counting on and column subtraction. You could include different words that mean subtract. Can you write a word problem with a subtraction calculation? Can you show how we use addition to check our answers?
